WE NEED COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS...
PLEASE HELP OUT!

1. Special requests for teammates or coaches will not be accepted.

2. Traveling teams will be assessed additional fees and are responsible for tournament fees.

3. 3. All refunds are charged $25 administration fee. All refund requests are to complete the refunds request form, the form will be submitted to the Board of Directors at the next board meeting. To request the form e-mail admin@StratfordYouthSoccer.com

4. A late fee of $25 will be charged to all registrations after March 25th.

5. Upon notification of an NSF cheque (from our bank), the player in question will be removed from our registration list. The player must re-register and pay the additional service charge of $25. Payment may only be made in cash, or by certified cheque.

6. House-league Divisions could play on Tues. & Thurs. or Mon. & Wed. Depending on division and field availability.

7. Payment must be made in full before player is registered.

8. Photos of unidentified players may appear on the SYS web site.

9. Receipts will be issued during the season.
